We prepare a written proposal setting out the proposed scope, fees, timeline and deliverables so everything is clear before any work begins.

You accept the proposal
Work proceeds only once you accept the proposal or service agreement. There is no obligation until you are comfortable with the terms.

Work begins on agreed terms
We begin according to the agreed onboarding and payment terms, keeping you informed of progress throughout the engagement.

Deliverables are provided online
Services and deliverables are provided electronically unless we agree otherwise, so you can access and use them wherever you work.

Revisions and follow-up support
Revisions and follow-up support are handled according to your accepted agreement, so the outcome genuinely works for your business.
We work on a consultation and quotation basis rather than fixed public prices. Applicable timeframes for onboarding, delivery, revisions and any refunds are set out in your accepted proposal, service agreement or written confirmation.
