Nature of our services

We provide business operations consulting only, including workflow analysis, process improvement, project planning, business documentation, operational research and administrative strategy.

We do not provide legal, accounting, taxation, investment, cybersecurity, employment or any other regulated professional advice. Nothing on this website or in our services should be treated as such advice.

Engagement and scope

The specific scope, fees, timeline and deliverables of any engagement are established in a written proposal or service agreement that you accept. Work begins only after your acceptance and according to the agreed onboarding and payment terms.

No guaranteed outcomes

We provide our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee any particular result, revenue, saving, approval or other outcome. The results of any operational change depend on factors within your business and beyond our control.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable cooperation so that we can deliver the agreed services. You are responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on our guidance and deliverables.

Fees and payment

Fees and payment terms are as set out in the accepted proposal or service agreement. Please also refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy.

Intellectual property

The content of this website is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership and permitted use of deliverables produced during an engagement are as set out in the accepted agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Goa, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
