Our services are primarily delivered online. We work with clients through calls, virtual working sessions and shared documents, and we provide deliverables electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope and timelines

The scope, deliverables and delivery timeline for each engagement are established in the accepted proposal or service agreement. The applicable timeframe for any deliverable is as specified in that accepted proposal, service agreement or written confirmation.

Countries served, payments and currencies

We serve clients across India, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). We bill in the local currency of these countries — INR, AUD, NZD, USD, CAD or AED — and accept all common payment methods. The exact currency, payment method and payment schedule for an engagement are confirmed in the accepted proposal or invoice.

Client cooperation

Timely delivery depends on receiving accurate information and reasonable cooperation from you. Delays in providing required inputs may affect the agreed timeline.

Revisions and follow-up

Revisions and follow-up support are provided in line with your accepted agreement, so that deliverables genuinely work for your business.
