Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for the consulting services provided by NSBGOA PRIVATE LIMITED. Because our services are professional and consultation-based, this policy should be read together with your accepted proposal or service agreement.

Consultation and quotation basis
We work on a consultation and quotation basis. The fees, payment schedule and deliverables for each engagement are documented in a written proposal or service agreement that you accept before work begins.
Cancellation requests
If you wish to cancel an engagement, you must send your request to us in writing at support@nsbgoa.com. We will confirm receipt and set out the effect of the cancellation on any work in progress.
Work already completed
Work already completed and costs already incurred up to the point of cancellation may be non-refundable, subject to the terms of your accepted agreement and applicable law. Any deliverables already provided remain subject to those terms.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is agreed or required, it will be processed in accordance with your accepted agreement and applicable law, and made in the original payment currency and method where reasonably possible. The applicable timeframe and method for any approved refund are as specified in the accepted proposal, service agreement or written confirmation.
No guaranteed outcomes
A refund will not be provided solely on the basis that an engagement did not achieve a particular business outcome, as we do not guarantee specific results.
